Elsie H. Wilcox Foundation
The Distribution Committee provides assistance to qualified tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organizations throughout Hawaii whose programs benefit a sizeable number of people.
Although the Trust is broad-purposed, it does not make grants to individuals, to endowments, for reserve purposes, or deficit financing; neither does it provide multiple-year funding.
